Today my three adult children and my son in law met with me in Kokomo IN at Red Lobster
and had our holiday meal. After returning to my home, Nick and I were a bit tired. We decided to rent a couple movies and grill out, making portebella mushroom sandwiches and brown rice. Then we watched the following two movies:
I have Gran Torino, one helluva movie. The other, I don't have this version, and think this newer one is a little overrated.
ReplyDeleteGrand Torino is a very good movie. I did have trouble following Valkyrie but then I always do have trouble following war movies.
ReplyDeleteGran Torino is probably my favoritre Eastwood movie ... and that is not any easy decision given the volume of his work.
ReplyDeleteBoth Bridges of Madison County and Gran Torino show the man can act after all. His shoot em up cow boy and cop shows did not do his talent justice.
