(I just finished listening to this book yesterday on my way to my daughter's house. It was a gift from a friend. I have to admit that the bulk of the book I was feeling it was not realistic and not liking it much. But at the very end Koontz pulled it together in a way that I really liked. The ending made the book. Parts of the book alluded to the idea that sexual violence was coming and when that did not occur I felt better about the book. I find sexual violence offensive.
